Abstract

This article analyzes the formation and developmental dynamics of digital culture competencies across different stages of human ontogenesis from a pedagogical perspective. It provides a scientific justification for a stage-by-stage model of developing competencies in digital literacy, information management, media literacy, digital security, critical thinking, and the effective and responsible use of artificial intelligence technologies. Furthermore, the study discusses educational content, teaching methods, and didactic approaches appropriate to the psychological and pedagogical characteristics of each age stage, while proposing effective mechanisms for the continuous development of digital culture.
