Principles of formation and development of Turkic languages and enrichment of vocabulary
Abstract
The principles of formation and development of Turkic languages, as well as the processes of enrichment of their vocabulary from a linguistic, historical, and sociolinguistic perspective are analzyed in this article. The formation of Turkic languages is scientifically based on the role of ancient Turkic language sources, historical and cultural processes, socio-political factors, and interlingual contacts. It is also shown that internal (word making, semantic expansion, penetration of dialectal layers into the literary language) and external (lexical exchange in the result of acquisitions, cultural and scientific relations) factors play an important role in the enrichment of the vocabulary of Turkic languages. The article analyzes the stages of historical development of Turkic languages, their genetic proximity, and the processes of lexical renewal occurring in the language system based on scientific literature. As a result, the main principles of the development of Turkic languages, including factors such as historical continuity, systematicity, internal development, and the interaction of external influences, are explained as important sources of vocabulary enrichment. The results of the study are of significant scientific and theoretical importance for the study of the history of Turkic languages, the development of their lexical system, and modern language processes.
